Demodokos Foundry is a desktop AI music creation studio that runs entirely on your computer. You describe what you want in plain words and it creates complete songs with real vocals and instruments. No internet connection required for generation, no waiting in queues, no cloud subscriptions ticking away.

The Free plan lets you explore music creation with up to 2 tracks per project and a maximum track length of 30 seconds. You get access to basic generation where you can manually choose genres, instruments, vocal styles, and all other creative options. The plan also includes WAV export, the full timeline editor, and over 7 DSP effects. It runs 100% locally on your machine, so there are no usage quotas or waiting times.

The Free tier is for personal, non-commercial use. Outputs include a subtle audio watermark. To unlock full-length tracks, commercial use rights, and additional features, check out the Creator or Professional plans.

Demodokos Foundry runs on Windows with an NVIDIA GPU. A modern GPU with at least 8 GB VRAM is recommended for comfortable generation speeds. The application uses your local hardware for all AI processing, so more powerful hardware means faster results.

You need an internet connection for the initial download, account verification, and periodic license checks. Once the application is set up, all music generation and audio processing happens locally on your machine. Your creative work never leaves your computer.

Simply press Create again. AI music generation is a probabilistic process, which means each attempt produces a different result. Even with the same prompt, the next generation will be a fresh take. Many professional users generate several variations and pick the best one, or combine elements from different outputs.

Results can vary because the AI interprets creative direction in slightly different ways each time. This is by design: it gives you a wider range of creative possibilities rather than a single fixed output. If you consistently get results that don't match your expectations, try being more specific in your prompt. Mention the genre, mood, instruments, tempo, or vocal style you're looking for.

Be descriptive but natural. Instead of "make a song," try something like "upbeat indie rock track with electric guitar, driving drums, and a warm male vocal." Mentioning genre, mood, instrumentation, tempo, and vocal character helps the AI focus on what you want.

You can also provide lyrics directly. The AI works best when it has clear creative direction to follow. Experiment with different levels of detail to find what works for your style.

Yes. Demodokos Foundry includes a full timeline editor where you can arrange, layer, and edit your tracks. You also have access to a suite of professional DSP effects (EQ, compression, reverb, voice transformation, and more) that can be stacked and applied non-destructively. Think of the AI as your starting point, and the editor as where you shape it into the final piece.

Yes. You can import audio files into the timeline, apply effects, and mix them alongside AI-generated tracks. You can also record directly from your microphone and add it as a new track. The application supports stem separation as well, letting you isolate vocals, drums, bass, and other elements from existing recordings.

You retain complete ownership of your prompts, lyrics, creative direction, and all audio files you upload or import. For AI-generated outputs, paid plans (Creator and Professional) grant you full commercial rights, including the right to distribute, license, and monetize your creations.

With a Creator or Professional plan, you have commercial use rights for your generated music, which includes uploading to YouTube and enabling monetization on your videos.

However, we cannot guarantee that YouTube's automated Content ID system will never flag AI-generated audio. Content ID matches can occasionally occur with any music, as the system compares against a vast database of registered works. If a false claim arises, you can dispute it through YouTube's standard process. We do not register any user-created content with Content ID.

Content ID registration is managed by YouTube and its partner distributors, not by us. Whether AI-generated music is eligible for Content ID registration depends on the policies of the distributor you work with and YouTube's own evolving guidelines on AI-generated content.

We grant you commercial use rights on paid plans, but we cannot make guarantees about third-party platform policies, as these are outside our control and may change over time.

With a paid plan, you have the commercial rights to distribute your creations. Whether a specific streaming platform accepts AI-generated content depends on that platform's own policies. Many distributors currently accept AI-assisted music, though policies vary and evolve. Check with your chosen distributor for their current guidelines.

While our AI is engineered to create original compositions, no AI system can guarantee that an output will never resemble an existing work. This is true for any music creation tool, including human composition. We recommend listening to your generated tracks critically before commercial release, especially if they will be widely distributed.

Creator unlocks unlimited track length, up to 100 tracks per project, commercial use rights, watermark removal, advanced AI reasoning, negative prompts, and a curated set of DSP effects. It's designed for musicians, content creators, and anyone producing music for release.

Professional includes everything in Creator, plus API access for automation workflows, FLAC export, unlimited tracks, unlimited parallel batches, and the full DSP effects library. It's built for studios, developers, and power users who want to integrate Demodokos into larger production pipelines.

A Lifetime license provides permanent access to the features available at the time of your purchase. You pay once and use the software indefinitely with no recurring charges. Significant new feature additions in the future may be offered as separate upgrades, but your existing capabilities remain yours forever.

Yes, you can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier and you keep access to all your projects.

Because Demodokos Foundry is a digital service that provides immediate access upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable. At checkout, you consent to waive the statutory right of withdrawal as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. We strongly recommend using the Free tier first to make sure the application meets your needs before upgrading. Full refund policy details are in our Terms of Service, section 4.5.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card through PayPal's checkout. We do not store any payment card information ourselves.

No. All AI processing happens locally on your computer. Your prompts, lyrics, generated audio, and projects are never transmitted to our servers. You have exclusive control over your creative work. The only communication with our servers is for account authentication and license verification.

We collect only what's necessary to operate the service: your account information (email, name), payment records, and basic usage telemetry for license validation. We do not collect, access, or store any of your musical content, prompts, or creative work. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

Generation speed depends on your GPU and the features you have enabled. Ensure you have the latest NVIDIA drivers installed and that no other GPU-intensive applications are running during generation. A GPU with more VRAM (12 GB+) typically produces faster results. Closing background applications that use the GPU (games, video editing, other AI tools) can also help.

In the Settings, you can configure which AI components are active. Foundry uses multiple specialized AI models under the hood (music generation, a planner LM for structure, the Creative AI for writing assistance, and LM-CFG for negative prompts). Disabling optional components like the planner LM or Creative AI reduces VRAM usage and speeds up generation, while enabling them gives higher-quality results. You can also choose different model sizes and quantization levels to balance speed and quality for your hardware. Ultra-VRAM mode swaps models in and out of memory instead of keeping them all loaded, which reduces peak VRAM usage at the cost of a small loading delay.

Your license is personal and tied to your account. You can install Demodokos Foundry on multiple machines, but only one instance may be active at a time. Concurrent use across multiple devices is not permitted. This ensures fair use for all license holders.

There is no need to manually check for updates. Whenever a new version is available, a notification link appears at the top of the Demodokos Foundry window. Simply click on it to start the update. Updates include improvements to the AI models, new DSP effects, editor enhancements, and bug fixes. Active subscribers and Lifetime license holders receive updates as part of their plan.

All plans support WAV export. The Professional plan additionally includes FLAC export for lossless compression. You can export individual tracks or the full mix from the timeline editor.

API access (Professional plan only) lets you control Demodokos Foundry programmatically. You can automate music generation, batch-process projects, and integrate the application into larger production workflows using scripts or external tools. It's designed for studios, developers, and production teams who need to generate music at scale or embed it into automated pipelines.
